1. Introduction

By booking a tax-free shopping service or engaging our budget programs, you agree to these terms and commit to following them with professionalism.

2. Tax-Free Shopping Participation Eligibility

2.1. Tax-Free Shopping Readiness – Our services are intended for individuals, budget leaders, and tax-free shopping focused people seeking savings optimization services. When registering, we request information about your shopping interests and budget planning background to determine alignment for the respective shopping program.
2.2. Program Registration – Participation in our tax-free shopping programs requires prior registration and confirmation by DutyFreePulse. You commit to providing truthful and current information with accuracy.
2.3. Tax-Free Shopping Conduct Guidelines – We expect respectful and professional behavior in our shopping sessions. Any form of disruptive behavior, inappropriate communication, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from our shopping environment.
2.4. Tax-Free Shopping Confidentiality – Participants commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal and shopping information of other members shared within the framework of our tax-free shopping programs.

3. Tax-Free Shopping Booking and Payment

3.1. Tax-Free Shopping Bookings – Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Program fees are due within 14 days of invoicing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards as forms of payment.
3.3. Corporate Programs – For bookings by organizations for their employees, separate payment terms may be agreed, which are specified in the respective shopping contract.
3.4. Tax-Free Shopping Cancellation Policy – For cancellations up to 30 days before the shopping program start, 25% of the fees will be retained; for cancellations up to 14 days before, 50%. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged.

4. Tax-Free Shopping Design and Changes

4.1. Tax-Free Shopping Program Planning and Implementation

  • DutyFreePulse reserves the right to change tax-free shopping program content, schedules, and advisors as required by shopping demands.
  • In case of insufficient participants, a shopping program may be postponed or canceled with reasonable notice.
  • Program changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible with transparency.
    4.2. Shopping Materials – All tax-free shopping materials, assessments, and service resources are the intellectual property of DutyFreePulse or our shopping partners. The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Advanced Tax-Free Shopping Services

5.1. Registration – For our Advanced Shopping Mastery and Tax-Free Shopping Development services, separate registration conditions apply, which are communicated before booking and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations for these premium shopping programs must be made at least 45 days in advance to receive a partial refund. For later cancellations, 75% of the fee will be retained.
5.3. Client Selection – For certain advanced tax-free shopping services, we reserve the right to select participants based on criteria such as shopping knowledge level, experience, and program objectives to help optimal shopping outcomes.

6. Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – DutyFreePulse is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of employees or shopping advisors. We assume no liability for the practical implementation of tax-free shopping guidance and budget strategies by clients in their personal shopping situations.
6.2. Personal Responsibility – Clients are responsible for the implementation of shopping strategies and budget planning concepts in their personal shopping environment. The application is at their own risk and takes into account the specific shopping circumstances.

7. Facilities and Tax-Free Shopping

7.1. Use of Facilities – Shopping rooms and equipment must be treated with care. The causer is liable for willful damage.
7.2. Valuables – We assume no liability for personal items and valuables left in our premises. Lockable storage options are available.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read carefully.
8.2. Photo and Video Material – At selected tax-free shopping events, photo and video material may be created for documentation and marketing purposes. Clients can object to the use of their image at any time.

9. Tax-Free Shopping Refund Policy

9.1. Tax-Free Shopping Satisfaction – DutyFreePulse is committed to providing high-quality tax-free shopping services. If you are not satisfied with our shopping services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns professionally. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer appropriate compensation, such as partial refunds or additional shopping sessions at no cost.
9.2. Service Cancellation by DutyFreePulse – In the event that we must cancel a shopping service, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid or offer to reschedule the service at your convenience. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations as early as possible. 9.3. Tax-Free Shopping Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms outlined in section 3.4 and may be prorated based on services already delivered.

10. Return Policy

10.1. Tax-Free Shopping Returns – For digital shopping materials and online savings optimization courses, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, materials must not have been substantially accessed or completed. Returns must be requested in writing with justification for the return request.
10.2. Physical Shopping Materials – Physical shopping materials (shopping guides, workbooks, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the client unless the materials were defective or incorrectly shipped.

11. Tax-Free Shopping Final Provisions

11.1. Tax-Free Shopping Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
11.2. Tax-Free Shopping Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Canadian law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the location of DutyFreePulse's headquarters, to the extent legally permissible.
